We Drive Anywhere in GTA to Pearson.

From Oshawa to Uxbridge, Ajax to Cobourg, every city in the GTA has its own flat rate to Toronto Pearson. Find yours below.

Durham Region sits far enough east that the airport run is a real commitment, and that's exactly why a flat rate matters here more than anywhere. A metered fare from Bowmanville to Pearson can swing wildly with traffic on the 401; a rideshare can surge at the worst possible hour. We price every city as a fixed, all-in rate, so the distance never becomes a gamble.

We're based in the GTA and drive these roads every day. Choose your city below, or send us the trip and we'll confirm your flat rate in minutes.

Every city page lists local pickup areas and the typical drive time to Pearson, so you know what to expect before you book. We cover Durham Region, the GTA and Northumberland — 25 communities in all — with the same licensed chauffeurs, flat rates and round-the-clock dispatch.

Region by region

Where we drive, and how it runs to Pearson

We break the coverage map into five clusters so you can see how your city fits, which highway your chauffeur will use, and roughly how long the run to Toronto Pearson takes. Every trip is a flat, all-in rate — the routing notes below just tell you what to expect on the day.

Durham east — Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering & the townships

Our eastern coverage runs the length of Durham Region: Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax and Pickering on the lakeshore, plus Clarington, Bowmanville, Courtice, Newcastle, Orono, Brooklin, Port Perry and Uxbridge inland. Almost every airport run from this cluster uses Highway 401 westbound into Toronto and then Highway 427 north to Pearson. Realistic drive time is fifty-five to seventy-five minutes depending on time of day — early-morning runs move fastest, weekday afternoon peak is the slowest window. We plan pickup times around that reality, not a best-case guess. Book your flat-rate Durham run.

Pickering, Ajax & Whitby lakeshore core

The PickeringAjaxWhitby corridor is our densest pickup zone and also the busiest for return trips arriving from Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Because most residential pockets sit within a few minutes of the 401, morning departures line up easily and evening returns get you home before the fare on a rideshare would even settle. Meet-and-Greet at the arrivals curb is standard for inbound passengers — your chauffeur waits at the spot marked on your booking, not in a garage across the airfield. Flight tracking is automatic, so a late inbound doesn't cost you a re-book. Reserve a Pickering, Ajax or Whitby transfer.

Markham & the northern GTA

North of the 401 we cover Markham and Stouffville, along with the surrounding communities that share the same route into Pearson. Most trips from this cluster take Highway 407 ETR westbound — the toll road is worth it here because it keeps the run at roughly forty to fifty-five minutes even in weekday peak, versus the unpredictable stretch of the 401 through north Toronto. We include the 407 toll in the flat rate, so you're never billed a surcharge on top of your quote. Book a day or two ahead for early-morning flights out of Terminal 1. Book a Markham airport transfer.

Scarborough

The Scarborough pickup zone is one of the most straightforward runs to Pearson we do. Depending on your neighbourhood and the time of day, your chauffeur will take either the 401 westbound or drop south to the Gardiner Expressway and cross the city — both options usually land at Pearson in thirty-five to fifty minutes. We choose the routing on the day based on live traffic, not a fixed rule. Because Scarborough sits close to airport, this cluster is also popular for late-night returns and 3am departures, and our dispatch is staffed around the clock for exactly that. Book a Scarborough Pearson transfer.

Northumberland & outlying towns — long-distance flat rate

Our furthest-east coverage runs into Northumberland County — Cobourg, Port Hope, Brighton and Colborne — plus outlying Durham communities like Beaverton, Cannington, Sunderland, Greenwood, Pickering Village and Whitby Shores. These are true long-distance flat-rate runs, some of them well over ninety minutes each way, and that's exactly where a fixed price protects you from a metered surprise. Book earlier here than you would from the core GTA — ideally the day before for anything leaving before 7am, so we can position a chauffeur locally rather than deadhead out at the last minute. Reserve a long-distance airport transfer.
