Every category below books at the same flat, all-in rate — the difference is passenger count, luggage room and the feel of the ride. Here's how each class is built and when it's the right pick.

Executive Sedan — Cadillac XTS, Lincoln Continental or equivalent

Our executive sedan is the workhorse of the fleet: a full-size four-door built for straightforward airport comfort. When to pick this class: you're travelling solo or as a couple to Pearson, the trip is a simple door-to-terminal run, and you want a clean, quiet ride without paying for capacity you won't use. Capacity is honest — two passengers with two large checked bags plus a personal item apiece; three at a squeeze with carry-ons only. Luxury Sedan — Mercedes-Benz S-Class or equivalent

The luxury sedan is the same seating footprint as the executive class in a quieter, more insulated cabin. When to pick this class: executive travel, an important meeting straight off the plane, a client you're moving between hotels, or any trip where the ride itself is part of the experience. Interior is leather, climate zones are split, and the cabin is noticeably quieter on the 401 than a standard sedan. Capacity holds at two passengers and two large bags — step up to the SUV if you need more room. The rate sits a small step above the executive sedan and is confirmed on the quote, never at the curb. Premium SUV — Chevrolet Suburban, Cadillac Escalade or equivalent

The premium SUV is our answer to family trips, small groups and luggage-heavy travel. When to pick this class: three to six passengers, checked bags plus strollers or ski bags, or an early-morning Pearson run where nobody wants to shuffle carry-ons across their laps. Capacity is up to six passengers and roughly six large bags in the rear, with higher ground clearance for winter roads across Durham. The cabin is three rows, leather, and quiet enough for a working call from the middle seat. Same flat-rate structure — the SUV price is set by the route, not by traffic on the day. Sprinter Van — Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or equivalent

The Sprinter is a full-size van built for larger groups moving in one vehicle. When to pick this class: corporate teams flying together, family reunions heading to YYZ, wedding parties on the way to a venue, or any trip where splitting into two SUVs would waste time and money. Capacity is up to twelve passengers with twelve-plus large bags in the dedicated rear cargo area, so no one is riding with a suitcase on their knees. Stretch Limo & Party Bus — special-occasion vehicles

When to pick this class: the trip itself is the event — a wedding party moving between ceremony, photos and reception; a graduation night with friends; a birthday or anniversary that deserves more than a sedan at the curb.
